Complete background checks are conducted on any resident residing on the property longer than 14 days.

Unless registered as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. However, we welcome your smallest pet or even your largest pet, with 35lb weight limit.

Raritan Crossing, located in Middlesex County, is a secure and private gated community that offers a prime location on Route 1, with easy access to routes 18, 287, the New Jersey Turnpike (Exit 9), and the Garden State Parkway. By car you are just 40 minutes from downtown New York City, and the Express buses to New York City and the Edison and New Brunswick train stations are just minutes away.

Our maintenance team is on staff Monday – Friday during normal business hours. After hours or on weekends we do have emergency maintenance.

You can place a maintenance request online, over the phone, or in the office. For emergency or after hour maintenance please call our emergency maintenance number at 877-890-4110

Our community does have open parking in the community for residents only if you have a parking permit. Guests will need a temporary parking permit.

Our community does not offer a cable or internet package so you have the opportunity to use any provider you choose. Comcast is our primary provider.

Preferred payment method is to provide payment online (click here to make a payment), but you may drop off personal or certified checks in the office during business hours.
